VISIT OF THE SPORTS CONTINGENT OF BAQAI CADET COLLEGE KARACHI ON SUNDAY 13-01-2013

RESULT OF THE MATCHES

A 61- member sports contingent of Baqai Cadet College Karachi headed by Lt Cdr (Retd) Syed Shabbier Hassan Zaidi, Vice Principal BCC, visited our college yesterday i.e. Sunday 13 January 2013 to play friendly Cricket and football matches. It turned out to be a memorable visit for the guests as they enjoyed sports fixtures and the hospitality of Cadet College Petaro. The detail of these matches is as under.

FOOTBALL MATCH

The football match was played at the central grassy field. It was a one sided match and ccp won it comprehensively by 5-0 goals. Cadet syed wasi shah 10164-A Scored 02 goals, While cadet Ali Murtaza 9210-A, Cadet Shoaib Hussain 9050-J and Cadet Ayub Bugti 10076-MQ scored 01 goal each. Team Captain Cadet Abdul Wasay 8058-L, Cadet Shahzain Ali 8111-MQ and Cadet Saad 8089-IQ also played well in the match.

CRICKET MATCH

The cricket match was played at the main pavilion and all the cadets witnessed the match. BCC won the toss and put CCP to bat first. CCP scored 151 runs for 08 wickets in allotted 20 overs. Cadet Zafarulah 8018-LF scored unbeaten 38 runs. Chasing the target of 152 the BCC team bowled out at 137 in 19.3 overs and CCP won the match by 14 runs. From CCP side Cadet Rao Hamza  Zahid 9078-J took 03 wickets, while team captain Cadet Zakir Khan 8131-IQ and  Mustansar Ali 8085-J took 02 wickets each.
