NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Cadet College Petaro invites E-Bid only through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) on standard bidding documents, tender for UPGRADING INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY, LAB AT CADET COLLEGE PETARO (Computers & Allied equipment, system softwares, networking Furniture Fixture & Electrification) – Procurement of goods, Works, installation and commissioning, from interested firms/contractors of repute, Registered with EPADS, Tax & other relevant Authorities. Bidding documents can be viewed/downloaded from the website https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ and also available and can be viewed & downloaded from Cadet College Petaro’s website i.e. http://www.ccpetaro.edu.pk

- ELIGIBILITY: Eligibility criteria, as provided in the bidding/tender documents.
- BIDDING DOCUMENTS:
(i) Issue: Bidding Documents may be obtained / downloaded from SPPRA EPADS website web link: https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/
from Monday, 20 October, 2025 to Wednesday 05 November, 2025 up to 1100 hours, upon payment of Tender Fee Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable), through bank draft/pay order drawn in favor of Principal, Cadet College Petaro or in cash at HBL Petaro during office hours. Tender/Bidding documents may also be downloaded from Cadet College Petaro’s website i.e. http://www.ccpetaro.edu.pk
. The same will be accepted for bid opening only upon uploading duly filled and completed in all respects on SPPRA EPADS & submission of Tender fee as per procedure and schedule above.
(ii) Submission & Opening: Prospective Bidders will upload their Bids up to 1100 hours on Wednesday, 05 November, 2025 on EPADS along with photos of valid Bank draft/Pay order of Tender Fee Rs. 5,000/- and Bank draft/pay order for Rs. 500,000/- Bid Security drawn in favor of Principal, Cadet College Petaro. Bids/Tenders will be opened on Wednesday 05 November, 2025 at 1200 hours (same day) at Conference Hall, Cadet College Petaro, Jamshoro, Sindh.
(iii) Place: Bidding/Tender Documents will be opened at: Conference Hall, Cadet College Petaro, District Jamshoro, Sindh, as per schedule mentioned above. - BID SECURITY: Photo of valid Bank draft/pay order for Rs. 500,000/- bid security must be uploaded on EPADS drawn from any scheduled Bank, drawn in favor of Principal, Cadet College Petaro. The Bank drafts/Pay orders of Tender fee and Bid Security be submitted in original on the venue, time and date as mentioned above. No bid/tender will be allowed to be opened without Tender fee and Bid Security.
- UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS BIDS WILL BE REJECTED:
(i) Conditional bid/tenders.
(ii) Bids shall only be accepted/allowed through EPADS. No physical tender/bid will be accepted.
(iii) Bids not accompanied by Tender Fee and bid security of required amount and form.
(iv) Bids received after specific time and date.
(v) Bids of blacklisted firms.
